Adjacent to the upscale neighborhoods of River Oaks, Tanglewood, and the trendy Uptown area, Hotel Derek is surrounded by Houston’s most prestigious areas for shopping and entertainment venues. It is only 7 miles west of Minute Maid Park, the George R. Brown Center, and the Toyota Arena, as well as 5 miles west of Reliant Park and Stadium.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17 % Tax is not included.
